An assessment is a 3-hour appointment where we walk around your space together and talk about what's working and what's not working for you. Together, we figure out exactly where you are. Then we sit together and I give you a written organizing plan that maps out the steps it takes to get from where you are to where you want to be. We will list the projects you need to tackle and the order I recommend tackling them, plus all the equipment and supplies you'll need. I also bring handouts full of practical suggestions about how to solve common organizing dilemmas. With this assessment, you can tackle the projects yourself or have Gently Organized come back and help you do them. Your organizing will go much faster when you work with our professional organizers. I guarantee that you'll understand your space much better when I leave than you did before I got there, or you don't have to pay me!
